Una de las cosas que siempre me han llamado más la atención de Lisboa son los antiguos tranvías. Es curioso que aún se conserven después de más de 100 años, aunque a mi me parece perfecto que se conserve una parte de la historia de Lisboa. Ahora se mezclan los tranvías modernos con los antiguos. Esperamos a coger uno antiguo hacia Bairro Alto, la zona más antigua de la ciudad, nunca había subido a uno así y me encantó la experiencia. Se nota sobretodo cuesta arriba que le costaba un poco jejeje pero es muy chulo si os gusta éste tipo de cosas.

 Paseamos por Bairro Alto y nos topamos con un precioso mirador. Se veía toda la cuidad, el castillo y el rio Tejo. Después de conocer toda esa zona y bastante acalorados, bajamos hasta volver al centro que ya conocíamos y fuimos al famoso mirador de Santa Justa para verlo desde cerca. De ahí acabamos en el Convento do Carmo, dónde quedan las ruinas y han creado un museo.

Para ese día me puse un vestido fresquito color verde oscuro, me atreví mostrando el sujetador de encaje que es precioso a la vista y me puse mis sandalias preferidas para andar todo el día. Nos ha encantado la ciudad y repetiré seguro. En los próximos post os enseñaré el resto del tour por Portugal. Muchas gracias por seguirme! Un besazo.

One of the things that have always drawn my attention of my hometown are old trams. It is curious that still retain after more than 100 years, although I think it’s perfect that a part of old Lisbon is preserved. Now modern trams are mixed with the old. We wait for taking one old to Bairro Alto, the oldest part of the city, had never been in one old and I loved the experience. Especially uphill I noticed it cost a little hehehe but is very cool if you like this sort of thing.

 We strolled around Bairro Alto and we came across a beautiful oriel. Throughout the city, the castle and the Tejo river looked. After knowing the whole area and quite heated, we went down to return to the center we already knew and went to the famous Santa Justa viewpoint to see up close. We top off just in the Convento do Carmo, where are the ruins and they created a museum.

For this long day I wore a relaxed dark green dress, I dared showing lacy bra that is beautiful to look at and I put my favorite sandals for walking all day. We loved the city and we will repeat for sure. In the next post I will show the rest of the tour of Portugal. Thank you very much for following me! A big kiss.

We were in Lisbon and we could not miss a sunset overlooking the bridge 25 April. It’s amazing similarity to the Golden Gate of San Francisco, inquiring we confirm that was designed by an American company. Just near (although in the photos we don’t appreciate), there is a statue of Cristo Rey like in Rio de Janeiro. It’s funny, it’s like having three cities together in one place. The photos were taken in Plaça do Comércio, right on the border of Lisbon and where it meets the Rio Tejo. On the same street that overlooks the river, there is a typical local of bolinhos de bacalhau where you can buy pieces and go eat while visiting.

Buenos días desde Aveiro! Ahora me encuentro más al norte, acabando de realizar mi tour por la costa portuguesa, finalmente acabaré en Galicia y mi pueblo. Tengo muchas ganas de ver a mi família de nuevo, al final con la tontería van casi 3 años… a veces es duro compaginar el trabajo con vacaciones.. pero el lado bueno es que podré estar con ellos!

Os voy a revelar algo muy personal. En los posts anteriores os fui contando las razones de éste viaje. Una de ellas es el conocer mi país más profundamente, como sabéis soy portuguesa de nacimiento. Faro es la ciudad de mi madre, pero nací en Lisboa, mis padres se conocieron allí, y a los pocos meses de vida nos mudamos a Andorra para darme un mejor futuro, la historia de muchos inmigrantes. Al ir creciendo, iba a visitar la familia, que está al norte de Portugal, tocando con Galicia. Entonces claro, nunca fui a Lisboa donde nací. Llevo años con la idea de conocerlo, y asi fué. Me ha encantado la ciudad, tiene un encanto especial de una ciudad vieja pero con historia, grandes descubrimientos a lo largo de la historia de Europa y el mundo y su gente amable. Me he sentido en casa de nuevo, arropada, de vuelta a mis raíces. En el post de hoy, os enseño la parte de Belem, más al oeste de la ciudad, dónde se encuentran la escultura de los descubrimientos, la Torre de Belem o la Catedral de los Jerónimos.

Para un día de calor y mucho caminar, me puse éste mono sin tirantes de Shana, me encanta porque con un cinturón queda perfecto, además de fresco. Me los puse con las sandalias de flecos que visteis en el último post, que combina con los tonos del mono. Y como siempre, unas gafas para el sol! Éstas son mis favoritas del momento, aunque mi colección va creciendo cada día más. Espero que disfrutéis de las fotos y muchas gracias por vuestros comentarios.

Good morning from Aveiro! Now I am more in the northern part, having just fulfilled my tour for the Portuguese coast, finally I will finish in Galicia and my town. I have many desires of seeing my family again, ultimately with the bilge they go almost 3 years … sometimes it is hard to reconcile the work with vacations… but the good side is that I will be able to be with them!

I’m going to reveal you something very personal. In the previous posts I was telling you the reasons of this one trip. One of them is to know my country more deeply, since you know I am Portuguese of birth. Faro is the city of my mother, but I was born in Lisbon, my parents met there, and when I was 5 month old, we moved to Andorra to give me a better future, the history of many immigrants. On having been growing, it was going to visit the family, which are living in the north, closer to Galicia.

So, I never gone to Lisbon where I was born. and I was some years with the idea of knowing it. I have been charmed with the city, have a special captivation of an old city but with history, big discoveries along Europa’s history and the world and his nice people. I have felt in he marries again, covered, from return to my roots. In the today’s post, I show you teh part of Belem, more to the west of the city, where you can find the sculpture of the discoveries, Belem’s Tower or Catredal dos Jeronimos.

For a heat day and much to walk, I put this one pretty jumpsuit without suspenders from Shana , I love it because with a belt it remains perfect, besides fresh air. I put on them with the fringed sandals you saw in the last post, which it combines with the tones of the jumsuit. And as always, a few glasses for the Sun! These are my favorites of the moment, though my collection is growing every day more. I hope that you enjoy the photos and thank you very much for your comments.
